Tracking his whereabouts throughout the Lands Between ensures players acquire exceptional gear, including the long-reaching Nagakiba katana and Eleonora's Poleblade. Following his multi-region storyline provides essential combat support against hostile spirits while unlocking crucial story lore.

Starting the Questline in Limgrave

Players can first encounter Yura resting under a fallen ruin arch located directly northeast of the Seaside Ruins Site of Grace in southern Limgrave. During your initial conversation, he sternly warns you to avoid the nearby Agheel Lake due to a territorial dragon. Defeating Flying Dragon Agheel is optional, but returning to Yura afterward reveals valuable details about the Church of Dragon Communion.

To advance his questline proper, travel north along the ravine stream flowing toward Murkwater Cave. Approaching this area triggers an ambush by an invading NPC named Bloody Finger Nerijus. If you survive for a few moments, Yura will automatically spawn into your world as an ally to help defeat the intruder.
